IMPRESSE meetings regularly occur during annual meetings of a particular member-STA. The conferences in Gulpen, Brussels and Leeds however, prepared for a next "main meeting". So far the following meetings were held:

* Wageningen in the Netherlands, in 2005, hosted by NVON
* Brussels in Belgium, in 2004, hosted by VELEWE and VOB
* Rennes in France, in 2005, hosted by UdPPC
* Gulpen in in the Netherlands2006,Netherlands hosted by NVON
* Leeds in 2006, England hosted by ASE
* Berlin in Germany, in 2007, hosted by MNU
